My approach integrates intergenerational healing, meditation, cosmic heart healing and tailor-made workshops for groups, all aimed at restoring balance, clarity, and inner peace.
I offer one to one intuitive sessions both in person and online, utilising a blend of intuitive insight, crystal healing and energy work to support clients in restoring balance. By fostering a safe and nurturing environment, I empower individuals to tap into their own innate healing abilities.
For groups, I design customised healing workshops that address specific needs, whether it's personal empowerment, emotional resilience, trauma or grief healing. These workshops are crafted to create a supportive, transformative space for collective growth.
Cosmic Heart Healing is a new healing sequence founded by Eileen Heneghan to support humanity's evolution. The healing opens the heart chakra and higher heart to receive expanded vibrations of love, gratitude, grace, peace, and creativity.
About Bríd
Bríd worked for thirty years as a Nurse and is also a qualified Midwife.
She started training in Holistic Therapies in 2001 and worked for many years as a Reflexologist and Reiki Practitioner continuing on her own journey of personal development.
Brid qualified as a Louise Hay Teacher in England in 2009 and has obtained an Advanced Certificate in Adlerian Psychology and Counselling Skills and is qualified to facilitate Teen Empowerment workshops. She has been studying and participating in Family Constellation Therapy since 2005 and has trained with International Therapist Svagito Libermeister in Spain.
Wherever you are on your path in this journey called life, Brid with her intuitive knowledge, training and vast experience as a Heal Your Life Teacher, Reiki/Seichem Master and Family Constellation Facilitator can support you to bring about a positive change in your life.
She runs workshops throughout Ireland and one to one healing sessions from the beautiful setting of Holycross Village in the heart of County Tipperary.
